I’ve been making this for years! When chef Skye Michael said he made whipped cream out of 2 ingredients but wasn’t sharing quite yet, I said to myself, I can do that and came up with this recipe first try. It’s amazing. Chef’s ended up using soy milk but I’ve stuck to the cashews! Glad more people can now enjoy it!

In reply to Mrs. Becky Fujioka. We're so sorry this didn't work out for you, Becky! Did you try whisking it while it was still cold? The coconut oil should have helped it turn into a solid once whipped slightly.

My whipped cream failed. I followed the directions “to the T” and because I was making this for 20 people now have three jars of liquid that will not congeal even with shaking and am out $30 on material costs. When I saw the video I was convinced, so decided to use it for the (formal) event. I’ve checked and rechecked my multiplication, and it should have worked. I ended up buying a canned dairy product for the party – more cash out. How could this have happened???
